The architectural goal is to emphasize the dynamic properties of light and shade and to be used as key elements to develop a space that offers user well-being.
Recent studies show that exposure to bright lights at night (bright light, white light, mobile and / or tablet screens, computers) suppresses melatonin production while excessive daylight can lead to better sleep at night. Modern electric lighting uses too much light at night and not enough during the day. The lighting system we propose in our wellness rooms parallels the natural evolution of daylight, while synchronizing the circadian rhythm of the brain, as recent scientific research shows. It improves mood, energy levels and quality of sleep and smooths the symptoms of jet lag.
